Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy:
Returns:
  • Returns accepted within 60 days.
  • Returns accepted only with intact and original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it.
  • It is not possible to return a personalized product.
  • It is possible to activate the GLS Exchange: if you want to exchange a product for another (not applied to customized products, except for production defects) write to the email studio@dantina-tuscany.com and you will be provided with all the necessary information.
  • Only full priced items can be refunded
  • The price of the return is paid by the customer, unless the product has defects (with attached photos and videos to be sent to studio@dantina-tuscany.com).
  • The return can be made with external couriers or with GLS courier, in the second case the day and time of collection of your return must be agreed at studio@dantina-tuscany.com, and only after having paid the fee to Dantina di Cirri Altea of €6.80 for the activation of this service in Italy, for other countries write to studio@dantona-tuscany.com. Time, date and payment method must be clarified via email to studio@dantina-tuscany.com.
  • If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
  • For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The following products are excluded from returns: gift cards, sale products and personalized products.
  • If your product was delivered to you defective I would not pay the return costs (only with photos and videos attached to be sent to studio@dantina-tuscany.com).
  • Returns must be sent to the following address: Via Sant'Angiolo 85/c 51100 Pistoia PT Italia, recipient: Altea Cirri.
  • Upon receipt of your return you will be contacted via email.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
  • If your product was delivered to you defective I would not pay the return costs (only with photos and videos attached to be sent to studio@dantina-tuscany.com).
  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund. If you have already followed these steps and have not yet received your refund, write to us at the following address: studio@dantina-tuscany.com.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.



Changes (if applicable)

If the product you purchased was defective (also applies to customized products), but you wish to have a new one you can write to studio@dantina-tuscany.com to activate the GLS Exchange service which allows you to deliver your item to the courier from change and the courier will deliver the new Dantina product to you at the same time. This service is only successful if you deliver the product to be exchanged to the courier.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
